Get ready to connect, learn, and lead alongside an incredible community of transportation professionals.

Getting Started

1.  Complete Your Profile

Completing your member profile helps others get to know you and makes it easier to form meaningful connections. It also ensures you’re matched with the most relevant opportunities, conversations, and mentorship experiences.

2.  Explore Ways to Connect

There are several opportunities to network and build connections with professionals from around the industry.

Networking Groups are an opportunity to network with members based on a topic or location. Learn more and find a group.

One-On-One Connections provide a more personal mentorship experience. Members can connect for personalized guidance, support, and professional growth through regular, meaningful conversations. You can enroll as a mentor, mentee, facilitator, group member – or all of the above! Search the Mentor/Facilitator Directory or the Mentee/Group Member Directoryby topic(s) of interest to find someone you would like to connect with. Click on a member name to visit their profile page. To make a connection, click "Mentee request" or "Mentor request".

Connections: Unplugged is an online community where members can connect for spontaneous in-person meetups. Visit the Connections: Unplugged Community to send a request to join or email membership@womenintrucking.org.

Webinar Mixers are your chance to swap stories, pick up tips, and get inspired by fellow members who’ve been there, done that, and are ready to share the ride. Register for the next quarterly session.

3.  Network

Take the lead by reaching out, starting conversations, and scheduling time to connect—your next great connection is just a message away!
