BREAKER 1-9: YOUR CO-DRIVER

After 26 years behind the wheel, I’ve seen too many drivers leave not because they couldn’t do the job, but because no one prepared them for what those early months really feel like. This group was built for drivers at every stage of the journey, whether you're navigating your first months on the road and looking for guidance, or you're a seasoned driver with miles of experience and wisdom to share.

This group will talk about real road life — the things orientation skips, the mental shift of OTR, pay confusion, isolation, dispatch dynamics, and building stability early.
